Mex Polska S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2018

BFFPolska S.A. Management Board hereby informs that on 25 June 2018 theCompany was given an information about signing of the annex to thecredit agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A. located in Katowice dated 29September 2016 for the amount of PLN 300 million. Under the annex dated25 June 2018 the total amount of the available credit line was raised upto the limit of PLN 400 million. The increase regards the value ofoverdraft facility (a part of the credit line), which is currently inthe amount of PLN 200 million.Othersignificant conditions of the agreement were not changed and they arenot different from the market standards used in this type of contracts.
