MeVis Medical Solutions AG: Raising forecast for the current fiscal year

Bremen, December 4, 2015 - MeVis Medical Solutions AG [ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4],
a leading provider of medical imaging software, raises its forecast for the
present fiscal year to the positive business development mainly of the
digital mammography segment:

• For 2015 revenues are now expected to increase significantly to EUR
  15.5 m to EUR 16.0 m (previous forecast: increase to EUR 14.5 m to EUR
  15.0 m).

• For the EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes), now an increase
  compared to the previous year to EUR 4.5 m to EUR 5.0 m is forecasted
  (previous forecast: stable at EUR 3.5 m to EUR 4.0 m).

• For the end of 2015 another increase in liquidity is expected to EUR
  25.0 m to EUR 26.0 m (previous forecast: increase to EUR 23.0 m to EUR
  24.0 m).
