Metsä Board Oyj:n 26.3.2024 pidetty varsinainen yhtiökokous päätti, että puolet
hallituksen vuosipalkkioista maksetaan julkisesta kaupankäynnistä hankittavina
yhtiön B-sarjan osakkeina. Päätöksen nojalla hallituksen jäsenen Jukka Moision
puolesta ja lukuun on hankittu osakkeita seuraavasti:
