FINALISATION OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE RADIO STATIONS RTL, RTL2 AND FUN RADIO

M6 Group has finalised the acquisition of the entire share capital of the companies that make up the French radio unit of its shareholder RTL Group: the radio stations RTL, RTL2 and Fun Radio, their sales house IP France, RTL net and RTL Spécial Marketing.

The Group is delighted with the completion of this acquisition, which will enable it to expand its multimedia offering and strengthen its links with the audiences of all its TV channels and radio stations, thereby leading to closer relationships and partnerships with its advertising clients.

Full payment has been made for the acquisition, subject to any potential adjustments following audit of the financial statements at 30 September 2017.

The acquired scope will be consolidated in the Group's financial statements as of 1 October 2017.
