- (a) the 32"d Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11 :30 a.m. (IST) through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM);
- (b) the Company has fixed Friday, September 20, 2024 as the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM and for the purpose of Dividend;
- (c) electronic copy of Annual Report for 2023-24 including notice of the AGM will be sent in due course to all the Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company I Depository Participants; and
- (d) the Members who have not registered their e-mail addresses with the Company / Depository Participants are requested to register them to receive e-communication from the Company.

રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્વયંસેવક સંઘ બેઠક યોજાઈ હતી. આમાં, (RSS)ના વડા મોહન ભાગવતે બાંગ્લાદેશમાં લઘુમતીઓ (હિંદુ/ ७८મા સ્વતંત્રતા દિવસ પર શીખ/બૌદ્ધ) વિરદ્ધ ચાલી રહેલા નાગપુરમાં RSSના મુખ્યાલયમાં હુમલાઓની ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવી ધ્વજ ફરકાવ્યો. તેમણે કહ્યું- હતી. તેમજ લઘુમતીઓ પરના આવનારી પેઢીએ અસંખ્ય લોકોના હુમલાના વિરોધમાં શુક્રવારે ૧૬ બલિદાન પછી 02માં સ્વાતંત્ર્ય પર્વ નિમિતે RSSના ઓગસ્ટે મૌન વિરોધ અને નારી સરસંઘચાલક ભાગવતજીએ પાડોશી શકિત માર્ચની બાંગલાદે શેરીમાં લઘુમતીઓ પર થતી દિંસાને પણ વિચારણા

લઈને આપ્યું નિવેદન, ૧૪મી બેઠક કરવામાં આવી સંકટનો ઉક્ષેખ કરતા ભાગવતે યોજી હતી કહ્યું- પાડોશી દેશમાં
ઘણી અશાંતિ છે. ત્યાં રહેતા હિંદુ હાઉસથી માર્ચ શરૂ થશે અને જંતર-ભાઈઓને કોઈ દોષ વગર ગરમીં મંતર પર સમાપ્ત થશે. જેમાં વિવિધ સહન કરવી પડી રહી છે. ભારતની વિસ્તારની મહિલાઓ ભાગ લેશે. પોતાની સુરક્ષા અને સ્વતંત્ર રહેવાની સાડા છ કલાકથી વધુ ચાલેલી બેઠકમાં બાંગ્લાદેશી હિંદુઓનો મદ્દો જવાબદારી છે. તેમણે કહ્યું- વિશ્વના ભલા માટે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે કેવી રીતે ઉઠાવવો
પોતાને સમાયોજિત કરવાની પણ તેની ચર્ચા થઈ હતી. બેઠકમાં આપણી પરંપરા રહી છે. છેલ્રા નેતાઓએ કહ્યું કે બાંગ્લાદેશના કેટલાક વર્ષોમાં તમે જોયું જ હશે કે હિંદુઓની દુર્દશા પર વૈશ્વિક સ્તરે આપણે કોઈ પર હુમલો કર્યો નથી. ધ્યાન આપવામાં આવતું નથી. જ્યારે પણ કોઈ મુશ્કેલીમાં આવ્યું વિદેશમાં રહેતા સાંસદોનો પણ તેમની ત્યારે આપણે તેની મદદ કરી છે. સુરક્ષા અંગે જાગૃતિ લાવવા માટે

મુંબઈ, તા.૧૬ સમગ્ર મામલાને લઈને પોલીસનું યોજાવાની હતી. વિવેકે આ નવી મુંબઈના એક વ્યક્તિએ કહેવું છે કે વિવેક રવિ રમન કોન્સર્ટના નામે નવી મુંબઈમાં મ્યુઝિક કોન્સર્ટનું આયોજન નામના આયોજક પર રહેતીપીડિતાપાસેથી ૬૩.૫૦ કરવા બદલ ૬૩ લાખ રૂપિયાની છેતરપિંડીનો આરોપ છે. વિવેક લાખ રૂપિયા લીધા હતા અને છેતરપિંડી કરી હતી. આ અંગે ફેસ્ટિવના મ્યુઝિક ફેસ્ટિવલના લગભગ ૩૫ ટકા નફો અપાશે ફરિયાદ મળ્યા બાદ નેરુલ આ સમગ્ર મામલાને પોલીસે કેસ નોંધીને તપાસ શરૂ લઈને પોલીસનું કહેવું કરી છે. જો કે આ કેસમાં હજુ છે કે વિવેક રવિ રમન સુધી કોઈની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી નથી. મુંબઈ નજીકના નામના આયોજક પર થાણેમાં એક વ્યક્તિએ મ્યુઝિક કોન્સર્ટના નામે નફાના બહાને ૬૩ લાખ રૂપિયાથી વધુની આયોજકછે. તેની સામે દાખલ વિવેક રવિ રમણ વિરુદ્ધ છેતરપિંડી કરી હતી. આ અંગે કરવામાં ફરિયાદ મળતાં પોલીસે ગુનો એફઆઈઆરમાં પીડિતાએ કહ્યું કે આ કેસમાં હજુ સુધી કોઈની નોંધી તપાસ શરૂ કરી છે. છે કે વિવેકે મુંબઈના બીકેસી ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી નથી પોલીસનું કહેવું છે કે ફરિયાદના વિસ્તારમાં મ્યુઝિક કોન્સર્ટનું અને વધુ તપાસ ચાલી રહી છે. આધારે આરોપીઓ સામે આયોજન કરવાની વાત કરી કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી રહી હતી.આ ઈવેન્ટ ગયા વર્ષે ૨૧ છે.એજન્સી અનસાર. આ માર્ચથી ૫ એપ્રિલની વચ્ચે
