SUPPLEMENTARY NOTICE - CHANGE OF DIRECTOR’S INTEREST NOTICE

A Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Ms Fiona Murdoch, lodged by Metro Mining Limited with the ASX on 13 January 2022, was lodged later than required by ASX Listing Rule 3.19A. The Notice was not lodged within the required timeframe due to an administrative oversight. This occurred as a result of an oversight to lodge the document prior to the Company Secretary’s departure for annual leave.

The relevant Director provided the transaction detail to the Company within the required timeframe. The Company considers that the arrangements currently in place between the Company and its Directors are adequate for the purposes of ensuring compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A and Rule 3.19B.

Company Secretarial processes have been updated to take into account times when the Company Secretary is on annual leave.
