Resignation of Director

Metro Mining Limited (Metro) advises that due to his other commitments, Mr. Lucas Dow has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 18 March 2020.

Mr Dow has served as a Director of Metro Mining Limited since 1 November 2019.

Metro Mining Chairman, Stephen Everett, thanked Mr Dow for his contribution to Metro in the short time that he was a member of the Board.

“ Metro’s Board, Management and I personally thank Lucas for his support of Metro and his contribution to the Board and the Committees on which he served ,” Mr Everett said.
