Appointment of Company Secretary of the Responsible Entity

The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited (ACN 003 278 831) (the Responsible Entity), part of Perpetual Limited, is the responsible entity for MCP Master Income Trust (ARSN: 620 465 090, ASX: MXT) and wishes to advise the appointment of Mary Kapota as an additional Company Secretary of the Responsible Entity effective today.
