Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 30, 2019, Martha Goldberg Aronson informed Methode Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”) that ‎she will not stand for re-election as a director of the Company when her term expires at the 2019 ‎Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company. Ms. Aronson’s decision to not stand for re-election ‎was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s ‎operations, policies or practices.‎
