Reminder: Entitlement Offer Attaching Options applications – act now
Metgasco Ltd (ASX:MEL) ( Metgasco or the Company ) refers to its announcement made on 29 September regarding the issue of the Prospectus for the Attaching Options Offer.
Eligible Shareholders who participated in the Entitlement Offer (announced on 6 July 2021) are reminded that the Closing Date for this offer is Friday 29 October 2021.
The Company has noted that there are a number of Eligible Shareholders, who participated in the Company’s Entitlement Offer and who are therefore are eligible to apply for and receive associated options (for nil consideration) who have failed to lodge their applications . It is very important those shareholders act and complete their application form, as outlined below, in order to receive their options.
In order for Eligible Shareholders to receive their Attaching Options from the Entitlement Offer they must complete an online application form which is available at the following website:
