Extension of Closing Date of Options Offer

Metgasco Ltd (ASX:MEL) ( Metgasco or the Company ) refers to the Options Offer announced 24 September 2020.

The Company advises that it is aware that as a result of COVID-19, there may have been delays associated with postage, which has impacted the timely delivery of the Options Prospectus and personalised Options Application Forms to Eligible Shareholders and subsequent submission of completed Options Application Forms.

The Board has decided to extend the Closing Date for the acceptance of Options Application Forms from 2 November 2020 to 16 November 2020.

The Company also advises that it now currently plans to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 10 December 2020, details of which will be disclosed in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders.

Accordingly, the new Options Prospectus indicative timeline is as follows:
