Completion of $40M Placement

Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI) (Meteoric or the Company) is pleased to advise that the $40 million placement announced on 22 April 2026 has been completed.

The Company has today issued 235 million new fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.17 per share to institutional and sophisticated investors raising $40 million (before costs) (Placement). The Placement will fund the advancement and pre-development activities for the 100%-owned Caldeira Rare Earth Iconic Absorption Clay Project (Caldeira Project) towards a Final Investment Decision (FID) in 2026.

An Appendix 2A detailing the issue of new shares has been lodged with ASX today.

This release has been approved by the Board of Meteoric Resources NL.
