Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Meteoric Resources NL (‘MEI’) will be halted at the request of MEI, pending the release of an announcement by MEI.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 23 July 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

MEI’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI)

Meteoric Resources NL ( ASX: MEI ) ( Meteoric or the Company ) requests the implementation of a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX Code: MEI) pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 from the commencement of trading on Monday, 21 July 2025.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Meteoric provides the following information:

• (a) Meteoric is seeking the trading halt pending release of an announcement in relation to a material capital raising (the Announcement );

• (b) Meteoric requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 23 July 2025 or when the anticipated Announcement is released to market.

• (c) Meteoric is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
