Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Meteoric Resources NL (‘MEI’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MEI, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 November 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI)

Meteoric Resources NL ( ASX: MEI ) ( Meteoric or the Company ) requests the implementation of a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX Code: MEI) pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 from the commencement of trading on Monday, 30 October 2023.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Meteoric provides the following information:

• (a) Meteoric is seeking the trading halt pending release of an announcement in relation to a potential disposal of a material asset;

• (b) Meteoric requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

  • (i) Meteoric making an announcement to the market regarding the potential disposal; and (ii) the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 1 November 2023; and

• (c) Meteoric is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
