Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Meteoric Resources NL (‘MEI’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MEI, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 3 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Meteoric Resources NL ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending release of an announcement regarding a material capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 3 November 2021.
