Share Purchase Plan Closes Oversubscribed

Meteoric Resources NL ( ASX: MEI ) (the Company ) is pleased to announce the results of the Company’s Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ), which closed on 8 December 2021. The fully underwritten SPP targeted to raised $1 million from existing shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand (as at 7pm Sydney time) on 2 November 2021.

The SPP Terms and Conditions were distributed to Eligible Shareholders on 10 November 2021, the same day that the SPP opened. The SPP provided Eligible Shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for a minimum $2,000 and up to a maximum of $30,000 of new Meteoric shares at an issue price of $0.017 per share together with 1 free attaching New Option for every 5 New Shares issued, exercisable at $0.024 on or before 28 May 2023.

Total applications amounting to $1,088,100 were received prior to the closure of the SPP. In these circumstances, the Board of Meteoric has determined that all 136 valid applications from Eligible Shareholders’ will be accepted in full. A Supplementary Prospectus in relation to the revised applications total has been lodged with ASIC today.

The Board of Meteoric would like to thank shareholders who participated in the SPP for their support. A total of 64,005,832 New Shares and 12,801,126 New Options will be allotted and issued under the SPP.

Allotment of new shares and options is scheduled for Wednesday, 15 December 2021 and the shares and options are expected to be quoted on the ASX on Thursday, 16 December 2021. Holding statements are expected to be dispatched on Wednesday, 15 December 2021. New shares issued under the SPP will rank equally in all respects with Meteoric’s existing ordinary shares.
