CAPITAL RAISING

The Directors of Meteoric Resources NL wish to announce that they have reached an agreement for the placement of 50 million fully paid new shares at $0.0091 each to raise $455,000.

The placement is being made pursuant to a members’ resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of members held on 18 November 2016.

The funds will be used for existing projects, investigating new opportunities and for general working capital.

The capital raising is being handled by CPS Capital Pty Ltd
