NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(E) CORPORATIONS ACT

The Directors of Meteoric Resources NL wish to announce that 63.2 million fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) have been issued within the calculated placement capacity of ASXLR 7.1 and 7.1A. This capital raise is Tranche 1 of a total raise of $1,386,000. The balance of funds raised is to be denoted as Tranche 2 and will be subject to shareholder approval. Funds raised will be applied to progress the proposed acquisition of Cobalt Canada Pty Ltd, exploration activities across the Company’s portfolio of tenements and general working capital.

Accordingly, the Company gives notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act ) that the Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act; and

1. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

   • (a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • (b) Section 674 of the Act.

2. As at the date of the notice, there is no “excluded information” (as defined in Section 708A(7) of the Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
