NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF CORPORATIONS ACT

Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI, “Meteoric” or “the Company”), refers to the Appendix 3B lodged today with ASX in relation to an issue of 27,200,000 ordinary shares.

The Company hereby notifies ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act (“Act”) in compliance with the requirements of section 708A(6) of the Act. The Company also advises that as at the date of this notice:

1. The securities were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

2. the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company;

3. the Company has complied with section 674 of the Act; and

4. As at the date of this notice, there is no information:

   • a. That has been excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules;

   • b. That investors and their professional advisers would reasonably require for the purpose of making an informed assessment of:

     • i. The assets and liabilities, financial position and performance, profits and losses and prospects of the Company; or

     • ii. The rights and liabilities attaching to the shares.
