The directors of Meteoric Resources NL advise that the company’s joint venture partner Blaze International Ltd ( ASX:BLZ ) have made an ASX announcement in relation to the exploration expenditure incurred on EL28620 and the resulting increase in their share of the joint venture.

INCREASE IN SHARE OF JOINT VENTURE

The Company is pleased to announce that under the terms of its Agreement with Meteoric Resources NL, it has now earned an additional 20% interest in the Barkly Joint Venture by the expenditure of a further $350,000 in exploration of tenement EL 28620.

As a result, the Company’s interest in the Joint Venture has now increased to 70%.

In addition, as per the terms of the Joint Venture Agreement, Blaze has advised Meteoric that it elects to sole fund all Joint Venture expenditure until the commencement of a Bankable Feasibility Study in order to earn a further 10% interest in the Joint Venture. This will bring Blaze’s holding in the Joint Venture to 80%.
