TRADING HALT

The securities of Meteoric Resources NL (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 29 August 2013 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, it is requested that the company’s quoted securities be placed into a trading halt as from opening of the market tomorrow.

This is being requested on the basis that the Company is presently negotiating a capital raising proposal.

It is requested that the trading halt be granted for 2 business days as provided for by the Listing Rules.

The company will make an announcement in relation to the status of the negotiations before the trading halt is lifted.

The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
