METEORIC TO LIST WITH MORE THAN \$5.1 MILLION
The board of Meteoric Resources NL is pleased to announce that the initial public offering closed on schedule and that after payment of issue expenses of approximately \$400,000 Meteoric now has funds of \$5.16 million.
Meteoric's early focus is the Warrego North copper-gold project covering an interpreted 11km strike extension of the structural corridor hosting the rich Warrego mine (1.3Moz gold and 91,500t copper) situated just 3km south of Meteoric's project in the Tennant Creek goldfield.
Meteoric has commenced a 400 line-kilometre detailed ground magnetic and gravity survey at Warrego North and has so far identified five areas for follow-up surveys. In addition, a detailed ground magnetic and gravity survey is planned over the Parakeet magnetic target where previous drilling intersected anomalous gold values. Preparations are in hand to drill the best of these targets during the current quarter.
A 10,000m drilling programme is also scheduled to commence on defined gold targets at Meteoric's Wilthorpe, Jarbora Hill and Bullfinch projects in Western Australia in early August as part of Meteoric's aggressive first year exploration programme.
