APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

Canadian cobalt and Cu-Ni-Co-PGE explorer Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI; “Meteoric” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Patrick Burke as non-executive Chairman.

Mr Burke has extensive legal and corporate advisory experience having acted as a director for a large number of ASX, NASDAQ and AIM listed companies over the last 10 years, with particular legal expertise in corporate, commercial and securities law, in particular capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Burke’s corporate advisory experience includes identification and assessment of acquisition targets, strategic advice, deal structuring and pricing, funding, due diligence and execution. He is currently a director of Tando Resources Limited (ASX:TNO), Triton Minerals Limited (ASX:TON), Bligh Resources Limited (ASX:BGH), ATC Alloys Limited (ASX:ATA) and Westwater Resources Limited (NASDAQ:WWR).

Resignation of Director

Meteoric Resources NL would also like to announce the resignation of Mr Neville Bassett as chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Bassett joined the board in November 2012 and the board wishes to express its gratitude to Mr. Bassett for his contributions during this period.
