APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS

Meteoric Resources NL has restructed its executive/management team following the appointment (at the 29 November 2012 AGM) of Messrs Graeme Clatworthy, Neville Bassett and Michael Robson as additional directors to the Board. Mr Clatworthy, who has been appointed as an Executive Director, has been involved in the stock broking industry since 1987. Over the past 25 years he has gained a vast knowledge of the Australian Capital markets. He is currently employed as a private equities advisor at Indian Ocean Capital Pty Ltd. Mr Clatworthy has had several public company directorships, both listed on the ASX and unlisted. He was most recently a director of Brightstar Resources Ltd where he assisted in that company’s restructuring, project acquisition, re-capitalisation and eventual merger with Rift Valley resources Ltd.

Non-Executive Director, Mr Bassett, is a Chartered Accountant operating his own corporate consulting business, specialising in the area of corporate, financial and management advisory services. Mr Bassett consults to a number of listed companies and private company groups in diverse industry sectors. He is a director or company secretary of a number of public and private companies. He has been involved with numerous company listings and capital raisings. His involvement in the corporate arena has also taken in mergers and acquisitions, and includes significant knowledge and exposure to the Australian financial markets. Mr Bassett has a wealth of experience in matters pertaining to the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, corporate taxation and finance. During the past three years Mr Bassett has held the following ASX listed company directorships: Vector Resources Ltd, Ram Resources Ltd, Mamba Minerals Ltd, Neurodiscovery Ltd and Kairiki Energy Ltd. Mr Bassett is principal director of Westar Capital Limited, the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is State Chairman and National Director of a major not-for-profit organisation and a committee member of another community based organisation.

Mr Robson (Non-Executive Director) has held a number of senior management positions both in the Western Australian government and in private industry since 2001. Mr Robson is currently working for law firm Wilson and Atkinson. He is a specialist compliance and risk management consultant to the stockbroking and financial planning industries. His senior roles have included responsibility for corporate governance, corporate finance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, risk management, training, policy development and implementation and strategic planning. During the past three years he has held the following ASX listed company directorships; Neurodiscovery Ltd, Datamotion (Asia Pacific) Ltd and US Nickel Limited.

Mr Sakalidis and Mr Thomas sit on the board as non-executive directors.
