Metalstech Limited (ASX: MTC) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Metalstech Limited (‘MTC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MTC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 14 November 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

MetalsTech Limited - Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 the Directors of MetalsTech Limited ( MetalsTech or the Company ), hereby requests a trading halt to be placed on the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the results of its Scoping Study which highlights the robust economics for a High-Tonnage, High-Value underground-only Gold-Silver mining operation at the 100%-owned Sturec Gold Mine, Slovakia.

The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 14 November 2023.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that ASX has requested.
