MetalsTech Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Thursday, 23 February 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 1.00 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) on Friday, 24 February 2017.

The Company raised $4,308,600 pursuant to the offer made under the prospectus dated 24 November 2016 and replacement prospectus dated 7 December 2016 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 21,543,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.20 per Share.
