2023 Annual General Meeting

MetalsTech Limited (ASX: MTC) (the Company or MTC) is pleased to announce that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 15.3 of its Constitution, it anticipates that it will hold its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) on or after 10:00AM (WST) on Friday, 24 November 2023.

In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 24 October 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on Tuesday, 24 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders on or after 15 October 2023. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.metalstech.net.
