METALS X COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF COMET ASSETS

Metals X Limited ( Metals X ) is pleased to advise that it has completed the sale of the Comet Assets from Silver Lake Resources Limited (ASX:SLR) for a cash consideration of $3,000,000.

Details of the transaction were first announced on 25 November 2015.
