COMPLETION OF COMET ASSET SALE

Silver Lake Resources Limited (“ Silver Lake ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to advise that it has completed the sale of the Comet tenure and assets to a wholly owned subsidiary of Metals X Limited (ASX:MLX) for a cash consideration of $3,000,000.

Details of the transaction were first announced on 25 November 2015.
