PLANNED BOARD CHANGES IMPLEMENTED
As previously announced by Metals X Limited (“Metals X” or “the Company”), as part of the demerger of Westgold Resources Limited (“Westgold”) from Metals X, Mr Peter Cook has been appointed Managing Director of Westgold and, effective today, has resigned from the Board of Metals X.
Mr Peter Cook was a founding Director of Metals X and has been instrumental in the development of the Company and, in recent years, the building of a successful gold business – Westgold. The Metals X Board and management team express their sincere appreciation to Peter for his dedication to the Company. Through his tireless efforts over the past 12 years, Peter has overseen the profitable growth of Metals X and leaves the Company in a strong position for the future.
On behalf of Metals X, the Board wishes Peter and Westgold all the very best for the future.
