BOARD CHANGE

The Board of Metals X Limited ( Metals X ) ( ASX:MLX ) wishes to advise that Mr Paul Cmrlec has resigned as a director of the Company. His resignation is due to the pending demerger and separate listing of Metals X’s gold business unit conflicting with his role as the Managing Director of Pantoro Limited (ASX:PNR) who itself has now transitioned to be an Australian gold producer.

The Board of Metals X wished to thank Paul for his guidance, contribution and input as a non-executive director since July 23, 2013. Further, the board wishes Paul every success in the future.
