DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT AND RESIGATION
PERTH, 10 MAY 2012
Metals X Limited (Metals X) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Ferguson as a Non-Executive Director of Metals X.
Resources Limited, Metals X’s largest shareholder. Mr Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resource Development and was a mining engineer in Western Australia in the late 90’s. In 2003 Mr Ferguson co-founded New City Investment Managers in England. He has a proven track record in fund management and was the former co-fund manager of City Natural Resources High Yield Trust, which was awarded best UK Investment Trust in 2006. He has also worked for CQS LLP (CQS) in Hong Kong as the Chief Investment Officer for New City Investment Managers CQS and a Senior Portfolio Manager for CQS.
Metals X Limited is a diversified group exploring and developing minerals and metals in Australia. It is Australia’s largest tin producer and holds a pipeline of assets from exploration to development, including the world-class Wingellina Nickel Project.

Mr Michael Jefferies has resigned from the Metals X Board. Mr Jefferies who joined the Board in December 2006 has made an invaluable contribution to Metals X’s formation and development.
We welcome Mr Ferguson to the Board of Metals X and would like to sincerely thank Mr Jefferies for his significant contribution and support during his tenure as a Director and wish him all the very best.
