Total Voting Rights

As previously advised on 11 March 2016, the Company announces that it has issued and allotted 148,300,536 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). The London Stock Exchange admitted the Shares to trading on AIM on 17 March 2016.

Following the issue of the new Shares there are 1,731,305,881 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,731,305,881 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Metals Exploration under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
