Total Voting Rights

As previously announced on 18 September 2015, the Company announces that it has issued and allotted 108,033,333 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). The London Stock Exchange admitted the Shares to trading on AIM on 24 September 2015.

Following the issue of the new Shares there are 1,483,005,357 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,483,005,357 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Metals Exploration under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
