Banking Update

The Company announces that the Senior Lenders have agreed an extension of time until 31 March 2019 to complete the senior debt refinancing

The agreed extension also covers payments of capital amounts owing totalling US$ 35.64 million previously due on 31 January 2018 and the payment of any interest due on the loans until 31 March 2019.
