Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company"), a gold producer in the Philippines, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 2 September 2024, the relationship agreement between the Company and Runruno Holdings Limited ("RHL") dated 24 October 2020 has terminated in accordance with its provisions.
As a result, RHL's right to have an appointee on the Board has fallen away and as a result Guy Walker has resigned as a Director of the Board, effective immediately.
