Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company"), the natural resources exploration and development company with assets in the Pacific Rim region.

Directorship Change

The Company announces that Mr Lucian Eduardo Simovici has today communicated his intention to resign from the Board as a non-executive Director and will continue in his position until a replacement has been appointed. A replacement non-executive Director has been nominated to the Board by MTL Luxembourg Sarl and the Company will make a further announcement in due course.
