Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company"), the natural resources exploration and development company with assets in the Pacific Rim region.

Directors Resignations

Metals Exploration announces the resignations of Mr Tim Dean and Mr Julian Wilson as of  today from their positions as a non-executive directors of Metals Exploration plc. The Board will seek to replace the directors in due course.

Mr Dean served on the Board for over 10 years having joined in January 2009 and Mr Wilson served for almost five years having joined in August 2013.  

Mr Ian Holzberger, Executive Chairman commented:

"Both Tim and Julian have been valued members of the Board for several years and we would like to thank them for their substantial contributions to both the Board and our operations in the Philippines, and wished them well for the future".
