RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Metals Australia Ltd (MLS) advises that 36,284,471 MLS ordinary shares subject to voluntary escrow for a period of six months will be released from voluntary escrow on 25 October 2021. These Shares are already quoted on the ASX.
