Appointment of Company Secretary

Metals Australia Ltd (ASX: MLS and Company) is pleased to advise that Mr Martin Stein has been appointed Company Secretary. Martin is a finance and governance professional, and has previously held senior positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Anvil Mining Limited. Martin has held the office of Company Secretary with several other ASX listed companies.

The Company advises that Mr Graham Baldisseri ceased his role as Company Secretary on 26 November 2018.
