Changes to Board Composition and Structure

Metals Australia Ltd (ASX: MLS) ( MLS or the Company ) advises of changes to the Board of Directors composition.

Mr Hersh (Sol) Matjeles has tendered his resignation as Chairman and Director of the Company and its subsidiary Quebec Lithium Ltd, with immediate effect. Mr Michael Scivolo has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Company.

Mr Matjeles has been a long-serving Chairman and Director of the Company, and after many years of involvement with the Company, has decided to reduce his corporate activities and commitments. Mr Matjeles has been a significant contributor to the success of the Company. The Board of Metals Australia Ltd would like to thank Mr Matjeles for his many years of service and his contribution to the Company.

Mr Scivolo is an existing Director of the Company and has accepted the position of Chairman.

The Company looks forward to a successful 2019 and building on the foundations that it has set.
