Metals Australia Appoints Mr Gino D’Anna as a Director

Diversified metals e xploration c ompany, M etals Austr a lia Ltd (AS X : MLS ) is p leased to announce that th e Company has appoin t ed Mr Gin o D’Anna to the Board as a Direct o r. The app o intment follows t he comple t ion of the C ompany’s acquisition o f Quebec Li t hium Limit e d ( QLL ).

Chairm a n of MLS, M r Sol Maj t eles commented on t h e appoint m ent of Mr Gino D’An n a to the Board of the Comp a ny, stating:

Mr D’A n na is a fou n der and E x ecutive Dir e ctor of Me t alsTech Li m ited (ASX: M TC) which is listing on the A SX early i n Q1 2017. Mr D’Anna has signific a nt primary and secon d ary capital markets experie n ce. Mr D’Anna posses s es extensi v e experien c e in resource explorat i on, public c ompany operati o ns, administration and financial m a nagement.

Mr D’A n na has par t icular experience in C a nadian Go v ernment a n d First Nations relatio n s in the mining s ector. Mr D ’Anna was a founding shareholde r and founding Executi v e Director o f Atrum Coal ( A SX: ATU) w hich is d e veloping t h e Ground h og Anthracite Projec t , located in British Columbia, Canada.

Mr D’A n na is currently a Dire c tor of BC A nthracite N L, Non-Executive Dire c tor of K2fl y Limited (ASX: K 2 F) and Dire c tor of Lac G rande Gol d Pty Ltd.
