Following the re c ent renewal of Meta l s’ Mile 72 and Engo Valley ex p loration li c ences, the Company ha s appoint e d Mr Munro, who w i ll be based in Swak o pmund, N amibia to spe a rhead an aggressiv e explorati o n campaign.

Mr Mu n ro is an e xperienced geologi s t, with ov e r thirty ye a rs intern a tional ex p erience in expl o ration, pr o ject development and mining operation s , in countries as di v erse as Australia, Namib i a, New Z e aland, P a pua New Guinea, K azakhsta n , Mauritania and other A frican countries.

His ex p erience covers a w i de range o f preciou s and bas e metals, u ranium, i r on ore, vanadi u m, chro m ite and in d ustrial minerals. M r Munro is a Membe r of the A u stralian Institut e of Geo s cientists ( AIG), Ge o logical S o ciety of A ustralia ( G SA), Geological Societ y of Nami b ia (GSN) and Soc i ety of Ec o nomic G e ologists ( SEG). H e has a Bachelors Degr e e in Geology and M asters D egree in O re Depo s it Geolo g y, both from t h e University of Western Austr a lia.

Most r e cently, M r Munro w as Head of Geology for Bannerman R esource s Ltd in Namibia.
