Lead Manager Options (MTMAT) were issued in relation to a Placement that was announced 16 October 2024. The LeadManager Options had a condition that if they were exercised within one year of being issued, a new Piggyback Option (MTMAZ) would be created and issued. For every two (2) MTMAT options exercised, one (1) new MTMAZ option would be issued
