Description

Metal Hawk Limited (‘MHK’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Tuesday, 17 November 2020.

Official quotation of MHK’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:00 AEDT on Thursday, 19 November 2020.

MHK raised $5,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 29 September 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 27,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per shares
