Company reorganisation: governance adjustment

Clermont-Ferrand, January 10th, 2013 – METabolic Explorer, a green chemistry company that specializes in the development of bioprocesses for the production of chemical compounds used in a wide range of everyday products (textile fibres, paints, solvents, animal feed supplements, adhesives, etc.), informs:

In connection with the reorganisation plan aimed at making the company more competitive and securing its future, management continues to examine ways of optimising its operating methods and adjusting the governance structure to the company's smaller size.

METabolic EXplorer today announces that the powers of senior management have been entrusted to its Chairman and CEO, Benjamin Gonzalez. Antoine Darbois, who has extensive experience of the company, will assume the post of Corporate Secretary, to which he will devote himself exclusively. In consequence, the Board of Directors now has six members.
