MERSEN: FILING OF THE 2020 URD (UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT)
PARIS, MARCH 15, 2021 – Mersen (Euronext FR0000039620 – MRN), a global expert in electrical power and advanced materials, announces that its 2020 Universal Registration Document (French version) containing its Annual Financial Report has been released and has been filed with the French Markets Authority (AMF).
The Corporate governance report, the information required under the Stock repurchase program and the information about Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development are also included in this document.
The document is available on the company's corporate website (https://www.mersen.com/fr/publications) and on the website of the AMF. It is also available at the head office, 2 avenue Gambetta – Tour Eqho 92066 Paris la Défense Cedex.
The English version of this document will be available on the Group's website before the end of March.
