Mersen: Appointment of Isabelle Azemard to the Supervisory Board
Paris, April 7, 2014 - Mersen (Euronext FR0000039620 – MRN), global expert in electrical specialties and graphite-based materials, is announcing the appointment of Isabelle Azemard to its Supervisory Board.
Mersen's Supervisory Board, which is chaired by Hervé Couffin, has decided, on a proposal of Bpifrance Investissement, to submit to the vote of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting the appointment of Mrs Isabelle Azemard as member of the Supervisory Board. She will replace Mrs Jocelyne Canetti whose term in office is due to expire.
Isabelle Azemard spent her career with the Thales group, 20 years of which in sales and marketing management positions, primarily at international level. Since 2013, she has been a consultant to company executives.
Isabelle Azemard is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris (ISEP), of the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) and of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale.
