MERSEN ANNOUNCES THE PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION RELATING TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MAY 17, 2018
PARIS, MAY 3, 2018 – Mersen (Euronext FR0000039620 – MRN), a global expert in electrical power and advanced materials, hereby advises shareholders that its Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 10 am in the auditorium at Tour Eqho, 2 avenue Gambetta, Courbevoie, France.
The preliminary notice of meeting containing the agenda and the draft resolutions which will be submitted to the shareholders' vote was published in the French legal gazette (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires – BALO) on April 11, 2018, followed by the notice of meeting on May 2, 2018. These two notices describe how to participate in and vote at the meeting.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, all preparatory documents and information about the meeting are made available to shareholders and can be viewed on the Mersen website at www.mersen.com (under Investors/Individual shareholders).
