Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of SIA Merks Mjas

The sole shareholder of SIA Merks M?jas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, decided to appoint Mr. Roberts R?boks as a Member of the Management Board of the company, starting from 6 June 2024.

Mr. Roberts R?boks replaces in the Management Board of SIA Merks M?jas Mr. Mikus Freimanis, whose resignation we notified in 08 May 2024 stock exchange announcement
